After your order is placed a representative will contact you within three business days to confirm your order and review your purchase. He or she will review each item with you to determine which sponsor logo(s) needs to be included with each product. You will be emailed with a link to upload all of your sponsor logos necessary for production. After all logos are received a proof will be created showing the sponsor logos in position for each product. You will either approve this proof and your job will be sent to final production -or- you will send back a request for revisions. After you have approved an order NO further changes can be made without incurring a fee.
Preferred logo file formats are vector-based .cdr, .svg, .eps, .ai or .pdf. If you are unable to provide each logo in one of the specified formats our art department will need to recreate the logo to ensure proper print quality. There will be a logo recreation fee of $25/logo.
No, in order for us to offer low prices with flat-rate shipping, we must keep quantities at their stated minimums to remain profitable and efficient.
You will receive a proof before your order is sent to production. You will have a chance to request edits and make modifications during this process.

Yes, although generally we need three (3) weeks lead time for production and shipping. If your event is within a week it may not be possible to fulfill your order within that timeframe. If you have placed an order within our three week production window a representative will contact you to determine whether or not your order can be produced and shipped in time for your event. If it is determined that your order will process in time then expedited shipping charges will be added to the cost of your order. If we cannot process your order in time for your event your order will be cancelled and you will be issued a refund.

Although most golf tournament signs are lightweight, they are large in dimension and after packing, spacers and boxing, it often adds a few additional inches to the overall length, width and depth of the box. The flat fee includes costs associated with shipping materials, pack and ship, movement of goods and carrier rates to any U.S. contiguous State in the lower 48.
Payment & Tax Information
Birdie Products offers several payment options for goods and services including all major credit and debit cards as well as checks, wire transfers, money orders and cashier's checks.
Birdie Media accepts the following credit and debit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. No surcharge will be incurred for using your credit card to make a purchase. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and phone number that your card issuer has on file. Incorrect information may cause your order to be rejected or refused. Your credit card will be billed at checkout.
Birdie Media is required to charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders scheduled for delivery to addresses within the state of Arizona. Sales tax is not required for valid charity golf events within the state of Arizona.
We accept checks or money orders in U.S. Dollars only. Orders are processed upon receipt of a money order or cashier’s check. Personal and company checks will require up to 10 business days after receipt for clearance of funds before your order is processed. A $25.00 fee will be charged for any returned check resulting from insufficient funds. Free shipping is provided only for orders with a lead time of 3+ weeks. If paying by check be sure that there are at least 15 business days before your event or your order will need to be cancelled since we cannot guarantee that it will arrive in time for your event.
Shipping policy
Lead times are two (2) business days for artwork and approval and ten (10) business days for production and shipping which begins on the date the art proof is approved by the customer.
Birdie Media will make every attempt to ship all products together however; it is common for products to ship separately as some products have quicker turnaround than others. If an order is split into multiple shipments all products should arrive within a couple days of each other. We will provide tracking numbers for each group of products.

All signage uses a flat rate of $39.95 which is standard ground shipping (UPS, FedEx and USPS)
All golf promotional products & gift items ship free. (UPS, FedEx and USPS)
All face mask and touch-free germ keys ship USPS and rates typically range between $3-4 per item.
Returns and exchanges
Generally, Birdie Media does not accept any returns due to the nature of our business. Most items we sell are customized for the customer and therefore have no value to another person or business. In the event that a product is damaged or produced incorrectly or differently than the art proof, then we will gladly provide a refund for that product. Damaged products caused by not shipping carriers do not qualify for a refund from Birdie Media and should be filed with the carrier.
Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with returns unless there was a printing error or the customer received a damaged product in which Birdie Media was directly responsible. All Birdie Products are packaged carefully with extra padding, spacers, corner braces and packing (where applicable) to keep products safe through transit. Damaged boxes or goods caused by carriers such as USPS, UPS or FedEx or any third-party carriers associated with these shippers are issues unrelated to Birdie Media, LLC. and should be reported to the appropriate carrier to file a claim.
Since most signage is large and therefore, pricey to ship and jumps in cost substantially when using 3-day, 2-day and overnight shipping options. As a general policy for most products, Birdie Media require two (2) business days for artwork creation and approval and ten (10) business days for production and shipping. If you need your order sooner than our posted lead times, please contact us at 800-218-1205 to see if your order qualifies for expedited production and/or shipping.
No, customized signage and/or products have no resale value since they are specific to a customer's event, tournament, golf course, school, person, etc. Therefore, we cannot accept returns on any product that has had a logo, text, graphic, photo or any type of personalization of any kind added to a standard/base product.
